Fantastic service from Paul! He was very honest and was happy to explain everything in full which helped me understand what was wrong, what could have caused it and what he planned to do to fix it - plus he gave great advice on how to keep the washing machine in good condition going forward. In addition, Paul is a very lovely guy and nice to speak to. He kept his working area clean which was also appreciated. Would recommend Paul to anyone :)
