Paul is really knowledgeable, reliable, honest and friendly. He’s been to service and repair our dishwasher and our oven within a few weeks of each other ans each time has explained properly what needs to be done and given an upfront cost. He has came back to fit the parts when he said he would and has kept us up to date on the day. It’s a pleasure to have somebody that not only knows their stuff but is also a genuine guy as well. We will be more than happy to recommend Paul and will always use his service if and when required.
