I can't recommend Paul highly enough. Booked him to fix my washer/dryer last week. He arrived and diagnosed what was wrong by ear, ordered the part and booked a follow up appointment for this week. He let me know on Friday that the part hadn't arrived and rearranged for Saturday. His work is exemplary and unobtrusive, issue sorted in under an hour. Really nice guy as well, happy to chat.
